Freshly Picked Review and Giveaway

I am so super pumped for this today! I have an exciting giveaway from Freshly Picked! Freshly Picked is an AMAZING moccasin company and when they offered to send me TWO pairs of moccasins for the twins to try out I might have jumped up and down and squealed a bit. I definitely didn’t pee my pants in excitement. Not me.

Godzilla wears moccasins too.

Ten minutes after feeling the soft leather and putting these moccasins on the boys I was searching for a pair for James. (I didn’t want him to feel left out. Because clearly at not even two months old he was feeling forgotten.) Luckily, a local mama had a pair James could have because at $60 a pair, they are a bit pricey.

Tiny feet. Tiny moccasins.

Pricey. But oh so worth it! These moccasins are made in the USA of 100% genuine leather. They are durable. They are soft. They have a great design featuring an elastic opening that makes them easy to put on a baby's wiggly foot. They are easy to take off without letting them just slip off. In fact, I've never had one fall off and have to search Target for a moccasin only to find it under an outdoor rug in the garden area. (This has happened. But not with Freshly Picked moccasins.) They are comfortable. You might be wondering how I know this since they don't make an adult version. I know this because my kids aren't yanking them off as soon as we get in the car. I love these shoes!

If you can stop looking at those perfectly rosy lips
(and no weirdos he doesn't wear lipstick/lipgloss!),
I love the way his moccasins are starting to roll a bit along the fringe.

Everything about Freshly Picked Moccasins screams quality. From the cute bag it ships in, to the button on every bag, to the stickers in the packaging. We have been wearing our moccasins almost daily since they got here in August and they still look amazing. Quality craftsmanship. Quality leather. Quality product.

Fresh from the boxes.
Art time with our FP stickers.
Watering his sticker garden.
The boys wear their moccasins everywhere we go. The park. The zoo. The mall. The grocery store. Church. And with all this daily wear, they have held up beautifully! I've talked to other mamas who only have their littles wear moccasins indoor as house shoes and they are perfect for this too (or I assume they will be. I haven't had a chance to test it out since it's still warm here in Texas.). But you don't need to limit these soft soled wonders. They are good for all kids of adventures!

Moccs are good for climbing.
We wear moccasins when we run.
Moccasins are still comfy when we rest.

I have seen other mamas complain that the color starts to wear off. After 6 weeks off heavy use, ours aren't doing that. What has happened? You can now see perfect little footprints inside the moccasins. As a busy mama of three under two this might be my favorite thing about these shoes. We haven't been so awesome about making footprint ghosts and handprint turkeys and other holiday craftiness. (Who has time to do crafts like that on behalf of your toddler? I bow down to daycare workers!) I might not be winning at footprint crafts but I can keep their moccasins forever and always see the impressions from these six little feet that keep my on my toes.

Tripp. 20 months going on 20 years.

I will be able to look at their precious little imprints in the bottom of their moccasins and remember our adventures. In these shoes, we've conquered inflatable slides, jumped in bounce houses, ridden our first choo choo, collected our first rocks, and jumped in leaves. In these shoes we've lived. In these shoes we've made memories that are engraved on my heart and imprinted into the leather of the moccasins.

Davis. All smiles in the leaves.

When their feet aren't so little anymore and the boys no longer let me pick out their shoes... When they have stinky man feet and not adorable toes I want to gobble... When I wonder where my babies have gone... I can pull their Freshly Picked moccasins out of the closet. And cry.

Freshly Picked wants you to have a pair of moccasins too! Enter the rafflecopter below to win. Be patient. It might take a second to load.
