It's Friday Y'all!

Happy Friday y'all! Excited to share a few favorites this week!

{---} Remember when I shared the nursery tour and the train track didn't quite make it all the way around James' nursery? That has been corrected! We also bought a glider for the room. I thought I would be okay with the existing rocking chair. I'm not. It's uncomfortable. I'll share photos again after the crib skirt gets here! I just love his nursery! (And I can't wait until he sleeps in long enough stretches to use it!)

{---} Four-legged showdown. Rody v Rory. Who will survive? This picture just cracks me up! I love sharing a Dropbox account with my husband so I can see pictures like this come across the stream!

{---} This face. Total favorite. Also a favorite? This adorable little squish who has been boycotting sleep (both day and night) went nearly 6 hours between feedings last night! This means I slept from 11:15 until 4:25. I got five uninterrupted hours of sleep!! Hallelujah and Happy Friday!!

{---} I am in love with the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. What other store puts current merchandise on sale before the season you want to wear them? It's such a great sale! When my mom was down this week to help with my crew, we went to get some exercise by walking the mall with the boys. Of course we snuck in a bit of shopping! I picked up a new pair of boots for fall. I struggle to buy boots because I have large calves from years of playing soccer. So, I couldn't pass up these two tone boots with a wide shaft on sale. I think Casey and I are going to try and take the boys to the mall on Sunday afternoon for a bit more shopping. If you haven't checked out this sale, you need to! Prices go back up on August 4.

{---} I've said at every stage that "this is my favorite age" but seriously y'all! Toddlers!! I love watching them explore and learn and discover. I love interacting with them. I love seeing the world through their eyes. I love their mischievous little smiles. I love these boys. Even on the rough days when they tear up the floor (literally!) and wrestle on the sofa, I love these boys.

{---} Have y'all seen the previews for Madam Secretary? Whoa. It looks so good! Come September 21, you know my DVR will be set!

{---} The toddlers bring a lot of joy, but oh man are some moments rough. The crying. The kicking. The tantrums. The choke holds they put each other in. The whining. The climbing. All of these things are why I'm not sure I'll hit my goal weight anytime soon. Because rough days are made better with Sprinkles cupcakes, Talenti gelato, or cobbler.

Be sure to link up this Friday. I'm linking up with A Little Bit of Everything, Grace and Love, and Momfessionals for Friday Favorites as well as with September Farm and The Farmer's Wife for oh hey Friday!
