Weigh In Wednesday

Apparently sleeping all day and not exercising (at all) does well for my body.  I'm down 4 lbs since last Wednesday!  I haven't worked out once.  I've consoled myself with lots of ice cream (blended floats feel really good I'm my throat) and pretty much treated my body like crap.

Maybe I've lost 4 lbs of blood.......
