Weigh-In Wednesday

And the news isn't good.  Or bad.  I am up 0.3 lbs.  I didn't eat very well this week though.  (I blame my husband - without him home to cook for I ate Wheat Thins with cheese for dinner one night, fluffer nutter Ritz another, Milano cookies as an after dinner snack, etc. - although I did eat yogurt everyday for breakfast and thats healthy!)  I did keep up with my daily walks and make it to the gym three times though.  All in all - not bad but not good enough either.

  1. Girl, I feel your struggle. I am constantly up and down, up and down. Good weeks, bad weeks... it all balances out for me, but I desperately want to lose! But oh well... life is good :)

  2. Sometimes net 0 on the scale isn't a bad thing. It shows that you can still eat somewhat unhealthy and maintain your weight as opposed to gaining which is a plus! You can do it...and so can I haha.

  3. I totally hear you. The Mr is out of town here too and it makes it doubly hard to keep to the program. Keep up the hard work - I (think) it is worth it in the end! ;-)
